To schedule the shipment of your new pet, please completely fill out the form below.

Scheduling your shipping date ensures that you are ready to receive your new gecko and confirms your awareness of our shipping policies.

We only ship FedEx "Hub to Hub" — no exceptions! If you don't list a hub, no worries! We will find the closest hub to your shipping address.

As a reminder, per our shipping policies, you are scheduling the ship out date. You are required to pick up your gecko by 12:00 PM noon the very next day.

The safety of our geckos is our paramount concern. Because of this, weather holds will block all scheduled shipping. You will be notified if we need to implement a weather hold.

Weather conditions and holidays may delay live animal shipments during transit. Medic Gekks reserves the right to implement holds at any time for the safety of our geckos.

Please select your preferred ship out date below. Only Tuesdays and Wednesdays are available for live animal shipments. Your pickup date will be the following day and geckos must be picked up by 12:00 PM noon per Medic Gekks shipping policies.

Weather Hold Protection

Medic Gekks actively monitors temperatures and severe weather conditions to ensure the safe transport of all live animals.

Shipment dates may be delayed, adjusted, or placed on hold if weather conditions are considered unsafe for transit.
