Welcome to MedicGekks! We're excited to help you find the perfect gecko and related 3D printed accessories. Please review our shop policies carefully before placing an order:
***Winter holds, we will not ship live animals if temps are below 30 degrees at our location, the buyer location, or either of the sorting hubs, Indianapolis or Memphis.***
Live animal shipping, Weather Holds & Required Safety Supplies
The safety of our geckos comes first. We will only ship FedEx over night from hub to hub. We will not ship to other location or by UPS. Our live animals have a flat rate shipping fee of $55, if live animals are purchased during a live auction and they do not come out of the shop, the buyer is required to also purchase the $49 live animal shipping upgrade from the shop to make up the difference in our live animal shipping fee from our base live auction shipping fees. Because we ship live animals, weather-related precautions are mandatory:
• Weather Holds:
If temperatures fall below 30°F at any point along the shipping route, your order will be placed on a weather hold. We will safely hold your gecko until temperatures rise into a safe range.
• Required Cold/Heat Protection:
We will provide the needed additional heating elements needed as part of your shipping fee at no additional cost to you.
40°F-60°F: Cryopack required
30°F-40°F: Both a heat pack and cryopack required
Below 30°F: Weather hold (no shipping)
These items ensure safe transit and are required to ship a living animal.
Palmstreet only -If a buyer refuses to purchase the live animal shipping upgrade in the shop during a live, their order will be canceled and a 50% restocking fee will be kept.
• How Long We Hold:
We will hold your gecko for as long as necessary until temperatures meet safe standards. You will be notified when a hold is placed and when it is safe to schedule shipping.
Communication & Order Confirmation:
We contact each buyer of live animals to confirm shipping details, schedule a shipping date, figure out the closest FedEx hub to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be canceled and a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Please keep communications within Palm Street or our store email so everything is documented for both parties.
Safe & Secure Shipping
We take every precaution to ensure your gecko arrives safely and comfortably. Weather precautions and required shipping materials are non-negotiable for the safety of the animal. If you have any questions, we're happy to help.
Health Guarantees:
We guarantee the live and safe arrival of your animals.
If your animals arrived deceased we do require that you provide us with photo proof of the deceased animal, this will need to be taken with the animal laying on its back. You must provide us with photo proof of the deceased animal at time of pick up.
If you do not reach out to us to inform us of the deceased animal until several hours after pick up (which is time stamped by FedEx) it will void our live arrival guarantee.
If your animals arrives deceased we will replace the animal with one of equal purchased value if won during a live auction, or of the same morph if purchased out of the shop depending on availability.
We will coordinate the replacement with the buyer based on available animals.
If we can not replace the animal at that time we will issue the buyer a store credit that can be used at a later date or place them at the top of a waiting list for specific morphs.
In addition to our live arrival we offer a 7 day health guarantee.
You must reach out to us with full details of the animals behavior if you suspect there to be a health issue with in 7 days of arrival.
Failure to reach out with in 7 days will void our health guarantee.
We will require that you take the animal to a reptile vet to evaluated and the visit notes to be emailed to us indicating what is wrong with the animal.
We will refund 20% of the purchase price of the animal if the visit notes indicate an issue with the animal that is not dehydration, denoted to be related to bad husbandry, or denoted to be related to events or injuries that occurred after arrival.
If the animal becomes deceased and you have reached out to us with proof of illness within the 7 day guarantee we will replace the animal with one of equal purchased value if won during a live auction, or of the same morph if purchased out of the shop depending on availability.
We will coordinate the replacement with the buyer based on available animals.
If we cannot replace the animal at that time we will issue the buyer a store credit that can be used at a later date or place them at the top of a waiting list for specific morphs.
Failure to communicate with us with in 7 days of arrival will result in our health guarantee being voided.
Dry goods:
Palmstreet only -Our dry goods shipping fee is $6 + $1 each additional item. Certain items like enclosures will have additional custom shipping fees associated with them due to the weight and size of the item.
If an item arrives damaged we require photo proof of the damage as soon as you open the packaging. Failure to provide photo evidence the same day as delivery will result a refund, or replacement being denied.
We will use the shipping information you provided Palmstreet, or during check out, for all dry goods shipping and will not contact the buyer to confirm this information, unless the provided address has hold at facility listed. Failure to provide accurate shipping information will result in your order being lost without a replacement.
If you purchased a live animas from us as well as dry goods we will ship both the dry goods and the animal in the same box if the dry goods can safely be packaged with the live animal, we will contact the buyer to inform them if the dry goods can safely be shipped with the live animals.
All canceled dry goods orders will inquire a 50% restocking fee.
All of our 3D printed reptile items are food grade and pet safe. No worries about the plastic breaking down and being harmful or toxic to your reptile friend.
All 3D printed reptile items are magnetic with extremely strong magnets.
***These magnets can and will break glass walls on enclosures if they are let lose and clash in the the glass. These magnets will also explode and could cause damage to the printed items if you let them lose and they clash into each other. The larger magnets can draw blood if they are let lose and clash into each other pinching your skin In between them. ***
We suggest that to take the magnets apart you slide the outside magnet off of the inside magnet. To install we recommend sliding the outside magnet into place with the inside magnet to prevent any harm to you, your enclosure, or the printed items.
We will not refund or replace any 3D printed items or enclosures that become damaged during installation due to you not following our instillation recommendations.
All items are tested before sending them to you.

All sales are final. Please be certain before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
